I am so tired of the conflict going on in my church! I am now in my late 80s, and have been a Presbyterian all my life. I was baptized as an infant, grew up in the church, have been ordained as a deacon, then as elder, and am now settled down to last it out as a life-long Presbyterian.
Why do we scrap? My experience in the Presbyterian Church has been worship, education, and mission, each having its important position in my life.
Can’t we just stop this? There must be a silent majority of us who feel the same way. The command is that we worship, love each other, and do mission! I’m for that. Are you?
