I concur that perhaps the greatest hurdle most churches face today is convincing, or dragging in to the 21st century, the established " naysayers " that the need to change is indeed the blueprint for survival. As my wife said to me just the other day "perhaps churches have to die before they can sucessfully resurrect in a new and vibrant form, fighting the establishment appears to be a losing battle "....
